From Grocery shopping to the ER

Bella, Ewan's, and My grocery trip did NOT go as planned! Ewan decided to do a header out of the cart onto the hard grocery store ground. After a short ambulance ride (5.4 miles, they clock it for insurance!) he got the thumbs up that it was just a concussion and everything would be okay. It was VERY scary. But he is doing fine now! Thank God! Jourd thought I was morbid for taking a picture but he just looked so sad and I had my phone with me. : ) 

You know it is going to be bad when your 3 year old says......

"Mommy I'm weally sorry"

"What are you sorry for?"

"but I'm weeeealy sorry!" 

"Bella what are you sorry for, what did you do?"

"I poured soap in the bathroom, I was washing it! But I'm weally sorry"

"UGH!!!"

This is not the first time Bella has attempted to "help" wash the bathroom. I think she is thinking she could do a better job then I am doing! 

Tahoe

We just got back from a quick trip to Tahoe. We had so much fun! The kids had a blast getting filthy in the sand. Ewan loved sitting in the water touching sand for the first time ever. He would pick it up in a fist then scream because he loved it so much. The girls made there own Nims island. We are all looking forward for the next trip. : ) 

Sac Film Festival

On Saturday Jourd had two music videos in the Sac Film and Music Festival, so we headed down to the Crest to watch them on the BIG screen! Peppers?

The girls and I started a project. We are growing our own peppers. : ) So far so good. We have not killed them yet.... we also have not eaten them yet. Hope they are good. : ) 

Wordless Wednesday

We have teeth!!

Ewan has been getting 4 teeth at once! Two on the top and two on the bottom. He has been such a trooper! He did give me a big chomp on the leg the other day. : )
